Yankee Candle Scent of the Year 2020 will be available in January 2020.​

The newest 2020 fragrance from Yankee Candle will be called Awaken. At the heart of this fragrance we find driftwood and warm amber. The scent is supposed to give a crystalline, mineral impression.

The candle will come in cracked glass that will diffuse the candle flame.

Fragrance notes include freshness, delicate peony, crisp freesia, as well as clary sage, driftwood, white amber, patchouli, mineral musk and orcanox.
