How to choose scented candles for a SPA?

We love rituals. Morning, evening, bath and care rituals. Rituals also involve creating your own SPA from time to time in the comfort of your home. What should we prepare in advance so that nothing disturbs our relaxation?
How to prepare for a SPA?
Home SPA is, of course, cosmetics. Let's make sure they are placed in a convenient place, preferably in the order in which they are used. If we need additional towels or accessories (a soft bathrobe certainly won't hurt!), let's also prepare them in advance. If we are planning a home SPA in our own bathroom, let's take care of the right atmosphere. It's much more pleasant to relax in a clean room, where there is no wet laundry hanging and there are no children's socks on the floor. Appropriate lighting is very important to create a unique atmosphere. Warm, yellow light, slightly subdued, promotes relaxation. We can leave some of the lighting or give it up altogether and use candles as the only light source.
When is the best time to organize a home SPA?
The evening definitely seems to be the optimal time for a home SPA. During this time, we can relax and loosen our muscles, e.g. by taking a long bath. Additionally, those of us who have children will appreciate the peace and quiet when the children are sound asleep. It's a pleasure to read a book in peace during this time, which we still didn't have time for. Well-used moments in the SPA provide additional energy for the next intense days.
Which scented candles for SPA?
Scented candles in glass are a magical way to change the mood. Thanks to them, we can enter the atmosphere of relaxation, so important during a home SPA. So which scented candles will be perfect for our SPA? All relaxing and soothing scents with lavender at the forefront will be a great choice. Lavender is an aroma that helps us relax, reduces muscle tension and makes it easier to fall asleep. Any woody notes will also work great.
When looking for good quality scented candles for a home SPA, it is certainly worth taking a look at those containing the addition of essential oils, such as natural scented candles from the Essential Elements collection by Candle-lite. Remember that when choosing a scented candle in the bathroom, it is worth choosing one in glass or another resistant container. An additional advantage - after burning the candle packaging, we can easily reuse it!
As an addition to the scented candle in our SPA, we can safely use unscented soy tealights, which, in addition to their typically decorative function (sensual, soft light and additional bathroom lighting), can also be used for massage - we massage the melted wax into the skin. Soy wax is perfect for massage. We can use it to pamper our entire body, it warms up and relaxes the muscles perfectly when touched.
SPA candles should also have a practical closure, which makes it easier to store until you decide to undergo another bathing and care ritual at home.
